Questions about AI HTML knowledge notes

Clear answers about htmlnotee generation, supported inputs, safe previews, accounts, credits, billing, and support.

Product basics

Understand what htmlnotee creates and where it fits.

What is htmlnotee?

htmlnotee is an AI HTML knowledge note generator. It turns source material into a visual static HTML note that can be previewed, saved, edited, and copied as reusable sanitized HTML.

What can I create with htmlnotee?

You can create visual notes from meeting notes, tutorials, research fragments, product material, outlines, Markdown, and other structured source text.

Is the output a webpage, a document, or an image?

The main output is a static HTML knowledge note. It is designed to read like a visual webpage while staying copy-friendly and reusable as HTML.

Do I need to know HTML?

No. You can paste or import source material, choose a style, and preview the generated note. HTML remains available as an output layer when you need to copy or reuse it.

Inputs and generation

Use source material without turning the product into a file workspace.

What types of content can I use?

You can use pasted text, Markdown, meeting notes, tutorials, outlines, product material, and supported imports such as .txt, .md, .pdf, .docx, .pptx, JPG, PNG, and WebP files.

Can htmlnotee read text from images?

Supported image imports are recognized into source text before generation. The image itself is treated as input material, not as a persistent first-class note asset.

Will the generated note change my original meaning?

The generation goal is to preserve the source meaning while improving structure and presentation. You should still review the result before saving, copying, or relying on it.

What happens if my source content is very long?

Longer source material may cost more credits and can take more time to generate. htmlnotee should not silently discard source content that exceeds the supported generation boundary.

Can I import a live webpage or run uploaded scripts?

No. htmlnotee is built for safe source-material import and static HTML note output. It does not execute uploaded browser scripts as part of importing, previewing, or reading notes.

Safety and privacy

Know how previews, saved notes, and generated HTML are handled.

Will my uploaded content become public?

No. Source material and saved notes are private to your account unless the product explicitly provides a sharing action and you choose to use it.

Does generated HTML run browser scripts?

No. Generated and imported note HTML is treated as untrusted content and rendered through the established safe preview boundary instead of executing arbitrary scripts.

Why does htmlnotee use a safe preview?

The safe preview helps keep visual notes readable while reducing risks from unsafe markup, unwanted navigation, popups, tracking snippets, or script execution.

What happens before a note is saved or copied?

Generated HTML is sanitized before preview, save, and copy flows. Unsafe markup should be removed or repaired before the result becomes reusable note HTML.

Can I delete saved notes?

Saved notes should be managed from your note library. If a deletion or account-data question is not clear in the product, contact support with your account email and the note details.

Accounts and credits

Understand guest use, sign-in, and credit usage.

Can I use htmlnotee without signing in?

A guest can generate one preview. Saving, importing files, opening the knowledge base, reading saved notes, editing saved notes, and starting another generation require sign-in.

What are credits?

Credits are the usage unit for AI HTML note generation and related generation workflows. The product shows the estimated cost before a generation task starts.

How many credits does each generation use?

Current fixed generation costs are 10 credits for short source material, 20 credits for medium source material, and 30 credits for long source material.

Do free credits refresh every month?

Free accounts receive 120 credits each month. Monthly free credits are intended for trying the core AI HTML note generation workflow.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can wait for the next free monthly refresh, upgrade to a paid plan, or buy top-up credits when billing is available for your account.

Billing and support

Find the practical rules for upgrades, cancellation, refunds, and help.

When should I upgrade?

Upgrade when you need more monthly credits, higher generation capacity, or a more reliable paid workflow for frequent HTML knowledge note creation.

What is the difference between a subscription and top-up credits?

A subscription provides recurring credits for ongoing use. Top-up credits are one-time credit packs for extra capacity when you need more than your current plan provides.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscription management should be available from the plan and usage area when billing is enabled. Access and credits follow the current billing rules shown in the product.

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy. Include your account email, order details, charge date, and a clear explanation when contacting support.

How do I contact support?

Use the support page for account, generation, billing, credit, privacy, and refund questions. Include enough detail for the support request to be investigated.

Still need help?

Start a new HTML note if you are ready to try the product, or contact support if your question involves account, billing, privacy, or refund details.
