What We Can Help With
- Account and Google sign-in questions.
- AI generation failures, timeout messages, provider errors, or empty sanitized HTML.
- HTML note saving, reopening, copying, deleting, importing, or OCR issues.
- Billing or credits questions, including Creator, Pro, top-ups, cancellations, refunds, duplicate charges, and chargebacks.
- Privacy requests, account deletion, data export, correction, or questions about AI processing.
- Security concerns, abuse reports, or unsafe generated content.
What to Include
- The email address used to sign in to Zhishiku.
- The route or feature where the issue happened, such as notes, note creation, imports, billing, credits, or checkout.
- A short description of what you expected and what actually happened.
- Screenshots, error messages, task IDs, note IDs, order IDs, or checkout IDs when available.
- For billing or credits requests, include the plan name, order ID, transaction date, and whether the request is about a subscription or top-up pack.
Billing and Refund Requests
For billing support, include your account email, payment email if different, order ID, plan or pack name, charge amount, charge date, and the reason for the request.
Refund requests are reviewed against the refund policy, checkout provider rules, legal requirements, usage history, and whether credits or paid features were already used.
